Thanks to our partnership with Truemed, you can use your HSA or FSA funds to purchase mBIOTA Elemental products with pre-tax dollars - saving you an average of 30% on your purchase. 

For One-Time Purchases

1. Proceed to checkout and choose the Truemed payment option.

2. If prompted with a "Shop Pay" pop-up, exit it - you need to complete the checkout as a guest to ensure HSA/FSA eligibility.

3. Complete a health assessment survey. A licensed provider reviews it for eligibility.

4. If approved, you pay using your HSA/FSA card directly - or use a credit card and submit for reimbursement using the Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN), which Truemed provides.

For Subscription Purchases

1. At checkout, do not pay with your HSA/FSA card right away.

2. Complete your purchase using another payment method.

3. Then, check your order confirmation screen or receipt email for a link to the Truemed survey - you must take it the same day.

4. Once the survey is completed and approved, Truemed issues your Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) within 1-2 days.

5. Follow the instructions in the LMN to submit for reimbursement. Reimbursements typically take 2-4 weeks.
