How do I make changes to my subscription?Updated 3 hours ago

If you'd like to update your delivery date, shipping address, flavor selection, or other subscription details, it's quick and easy:

Log into your Customer Portal via the magic‑link sent to your email - just enter the email address associated with your subscription to get started.

Within the portal, you can:

  • Reschedule or skip a delivery: Click Reschedule or Skip Payment next to the scheduled shipment.

  • Change products or flavors: Use the Edit button in the products card to add, remove, or adjust products in your subscription.

Important: Make any changes at least 24 hours before your next auto-shipment to ensure they take effect on time. Otherwise, updates will apply to the following billing cycle.
