Your shaker bottle and printed welcome guide are included in the box labeled “Welcome Kit.” Each weekly case of mBIOTA Elemental Diet powder contains 8 boxes in total: 7 boxes with daily powder sachets, plus 1 additional box (the Welcome Kit) that holds the shaker bottle and guide. Because the Welcome Kit box is the same size as the sachet boxes, it can sometimes be overlooked.

If you ordered a Maintenance Plan (24 individual elemental diet servings), please note that this plan does not include a shaker bottle.

If you purchased a weekly case and for some reason it did not contain the Welcome Kit, we kindly ask that you take a photo of the inside of your case and reach out to our customer support team. We’ll make sure you get everything you need to continue your elemental nutrition protocol with confidence.
