Your purchase of mBIOTA Elemental™ may be eligible for payment or reimbursement through your HSA/FSA. You can attempt checkout using your HSA/FSA card to see if your provider accepts elemental diets as a covered product. If your purchase is declined, please proceed with another form of payment. You can then submit for reimbursement through your HSA/FSA provider with a copy of your receipt and a Letter of Medical Necessity from your health care provider.
