At mBIOTA Labs, your health and safety are our top priorities. Because mBIOTA Elemental is a medical food manufactured in an FDA-certified facility, we uphold strict quality and safety standards. As a result, all sales are final.

Once an order has been delivered and the outer shipping carton has been opened we cannot accept a return - no exceptions.  This policy ensures product integrity and prevents the risk of tampering or contamination. Please note: our product is sold as full cases - so partial refunds of unused inner cartons or sachets of product are not permitted.

If you believe you have a unique situation, please contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your order. In the rare case that a return is approved, the entire case of the product must be completely unopened and unused, and will be subject to a 15% restocking fee plus return shipping costs.
