At mBIOTA Labs, your health and safety are our top priorities. Because mBIOTA Elemental™ is a medical food manufactured in an FDA-certified facility, we uphold strict quality and safety standards. As a result, all sales are final.

Once an order has been delivered and the outer shipping carton has been opened we cannot accept a return - no exceptions.  This policy ensures product integrity and prevents the risk of tampering or contamination. Please note: our product is sold as full cases - so partial refunds of unused inner cartons or sachets of product are not permitted.

In the rare case that a return is approved, the entire case of the product must be completely unopened and unused, and will be subject to a 15% restocking fee* plus return shipping costs.

We appreciate your understanding and support in maintaining the highest safety and quality standards for our products.

*Restocking fees are calculated based on the original retail price of the returned item(s) before any discounts are applied. For orders that include promotional discounts, coupons, or other order-level savings, discounts will be prorated across eligible items when determining refund amounts. If a return causes the remaining order to no longer qualify for the original promotion, the discount may be reduced or removed, and the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.
