At mBIOTA Labs, your health and safety are our top priorities. Because mBIOTA Elemental is a medical food manufactured in an FDA-certified facility, we uphold strict quality and safety standards. As a result, all sales are final. For this reason, we recommend trying samples if you are unsure about purchasing.

Once an order has been delivered and the outer shipping carton has been opened, we cannot accept a return - no exceptions.  This policy ensures product integrity and prevents the risk of tampering or contamination. Please note: This product is strictly sold as a single, sterile medical case unit. Individual internal cartons cannot be returned. If the outer case seal is breached, the entire unit is unreturnable.

If you believe you have a unique situation, please contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your order. In the rare case that a return is approved, the entire case of the product must be completely unopened and unused, and will be subject to a 15% restocking fee plus return shipping costs.
