I entered my address incorrectly at checkout, what do I do?Updated 10 months ago

If you need to modify your order, we ask that you please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order so we can process your request. If your order has not shipped, we will do our best to modify your shipping address. During standard business hours (M-F 9 am - 5 pm EST) please contact our customer care team at 1-800-720-7034, or live chat with us for prompt assistance to update your order. If outside of standard business hours, please contact us here, and we will do our best to honor your request. Unfortunately, once an order has been processed for shipment we are unable to update addresses so please carefully review your address at checkout. mBIOTA is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses, and reserves the right to charge a re-shipping fee for any orders returned-to-sender.
